The interior design and decoration was the subject of a design study, with the main objective of creating a calm and bright environment that offers daily comfort and functionality.

The proposal focuses on quiet, earthy color choices, with dominant tones of beige, soft textures and neutral wooden elements, which add warmth and a sense of naturalness. The design seeks to enhance a sense of calm and intimacy through a subtle aesthetic that serves the space without overwhelming it.

The floor plan is organized around the needs of a modern family: it includes a spacious master bedroom, two children’s rooms, a full bathroom, a WC, and a spacious, bright kitchen. The apartment is completed with a particularly spacious living room, which serves as a central living and hospitality area, with a direct connection to the dining room and other everyday uses.

The design takes advantage of the natural light and the bioclimatic potential of the building, so that each space is bright, ventilated and energy efficient. Apartment 128 combines architectural quality with quiet luxury and creates the ideal background for a balanced and quality family life.
